Create Org Admin Account

  1. Go to the Auto Org website and login.
  2. Check the email address of the user you want to create to see if it already exists

  3. If the user does not exist, OR if the user exists but is NOT already admin, click on the "Create SSO Org Admin account" button.

  4. Verify if the company has signed the User Service Agreement by typing in the company's domain, without the prefix such as https://, http://, www. etc., and click "Verify". Upon succesful USA validation, click "Next".

    Tip

    If you made a mistake and want to retry the USA validation check, just refresh the page and re-enter the domain name.

  5. Fill in the form with the admin and company data and only check the optional "Create a QuickSight account for this user" if you want a QuickSight account created for the user at the same time.

  6. Upon successful org admin account creation both the user and yourself will recieve confirmation emails.

Failed USA validation

If you know the entered domain to be correct and you get a failed USA validation result, you cannot create the org admin account and need to get in contact with the the appropriate person to resolve it first.
