Data Downloader

The Data Downloader feature empowers users to retrieve sensor data from projects they have access to. By selecting sensors and specifying a precise time range, users can initiate data download requests. The system processes these requests in the background, allowing users to monitor their progress on the jobs page. Once a download is complete, a download link and expiry date are provided, granting users temporary access to the sensor data in Zip format.

Access to this features can be obtained through the Downloader Website or by using the Downloader API.

Access to Data

When using the website or API, the user can only see data that he has permission to access. The user will be able to see a device if and only if the user group is matching the device group or device organisation.

Each user is assumed to have only one group. Having more than one group can lead to unexpected results.

For admin access, to see data from all projects, the user must have an 'admin role' and for that you need to contact support to assign you this role.
